Strength Training Week 5

This is Monday, and I have been away from my home with all my stuff in storage for 3 days now. I have not worked out since last Sunday. Unless somethine changes I will end up dying here at my brothers. I have no motivation. I have no vision for my future.

I am in real jeapordy at this point. My lungs are not doing so well in this apartment. My brother has yet to clean it once since he moved in here. I was a fool for trusting him and I was a fool to walk away from a place where I felt phyiscally well. I am paying the price.

Since my weights are in storage along with everything else I have, I am at the mercy of my brother to make room here for me to train. He is too tired to get motivated to clean this place, which is what I feared. So, I went to Gold’s Gym and thought I might check that out. It sucks. It is the WORST facility I have set foot in. And all that money they spent building a new location was wasted in order to make a girls gym. I bagged the notion. So, I decided to at least get some calories and protein in me.

  • Daily Biobasics and Proanthenols
  • Chicken and Rice
  • Two 700 calorie Weight Gain Drinks
  • Creatine and Glutamine
  • Need more water

I woke up so congested in my brothers apartment that I dared not even do a pushup on his filthy floors.

06/07/06 Wednesday; Diet

  • Daily Biobasics and Proanthenols
  • Huge Lunch of Tai Food
  • One 700 calorie Weight Gain Drinks
  • Creatine and Glutamine
  • I drink 5 glasses of water. I need more.
