Combat Training, Week 1, workout 1, Monday

Soreness is all gone. Shoulder is only a little sore from injury. It is definately getting stronger. More combat training today. This time I used car lifts and daisy loops/Husky Handles.

09/25/06 Monday 4:30 PM Workout

  • Car Shruggs – ? x Car x 10 x 4 (one minute or less between sets)
  • Car Partial Deads- 10 x 3; same rest scheme
  • Parallel Chins with – 12, 7, 4, 2 x BW; same rest scheme
  • Chest to Board PushUps – 100 x BW (25,15,15,15,15,15 one minute or less between sets)
  • Dips (tired from pushups) 6, 10, 9 ,8 x BW (same rest scheme)

Awesome. The idea with the daisly loops and Husky Handle Dumbbells was inpired. It was like doing max static pulls in a rack. Incredible. Coupled with the pushups, dips and chins and this was a terrific session. Brutal.
