Dave, I am sorry I was not able to reply sooner. We had a massive power outage and I had no access to my computer. The setup and breakdown of the Ironmind tools is a snap. It simply could not be easier or faster.

The interesting thing to note about this system is that in spite of the ease with which the racks are set up and broken down, the racks are the toughest in the business. I can see how the strongest men on the planet could use this stuff. The racks would not blink even once. The new Vulcan Rack II's come with some nifty wing-nut cinch pins that are used in order to "dial out" the small amount of play that you experience with the uprights and dip bars in place (trust me, it was never very much to begin with, as I had both styles of the racks - which is to say the older style, and now the newer design that has the wing-nuts). This is money well spent and I give it my highest recommendation. Let me know if you have other questions.

Great posts. I have been thinking that the Ironmind pillar, squat racks, and pull-up bar (along with weights, bars, bench, and bands) would make a great home gym for a setup that had to be taken down and stored after every workout. How easy and quick is it to set up these Ironmind items? How small of a space could I fit them in once taken apart (could they be slide under a bed or couch?) Thanks
