Metabolic Diet Review – Part Three

Posted by webmaster On March - 27 - 2007

In my recent post about Metabolic Diet, I went into great length regarding my need for and use of supplements. I have been using Metabolic Diet for close toeight weeks now, with a couple of weeks where I ran out of product. As the report noted, I have had great results. My body weight shot up from app 149-151 lbs to 165 lbs. Outstanding! Strength gains and energy levels were superb. I had none of the mid-day drowzies that have plagued me since I was a child and I just felt terrific. I was using the following:

MD+ Products

I am into my second cycle with MD+ products. However, my second training cycle has not been the same as the first in terms of the supplements was/am using. One of the products I had used during my first cycle was Metabolic. Apparently the tablets needed to be reformulated due to the fact that some batches were crumbling inside the bottle. So, for this cycle I had to go without Metabolic. Instead, I substituted Resolve (NEW).

The Resolve seemed to be excellent for my breathing, though this is merely a side benefit that I experienced. The Resolve (NEW) is actually formulated as a mild, pre-workout stimulant. Hey, no complaints here! Anything that keeps my lungs wide open I am excited about. Yet, without the Metabolic in my diet, clearly something was missing.

Without the Metabolic, I began to notice that I was not recovering between my workouts as quickly. Now, this could be due to the heavier weights I was handling, but there were other subtle changes in my state of well being that I noticed when I stopped using the Metabolic.  I also noticed that my energy levels were not as stable throughout the day. I got tired more often. My finger nails were not growing as quickly. I just didn’t feel as good. I began to skip workouts (the last two weeks will attest to that).

Granted, it’s far from scientific to point a finger at one product and say, “Yep, that one product is responsible for all of these health changes.”, but at the same time I cannot discount the connection either. I just cannot help but feel there is a connection. Once I resume the Metabolic, I will know more.

MD+ informs me that their Metabolic product will be back soon. I sure hope so. I want to use it again.

Stay Tuned.
