Power-lifting Photos To Enjoy

I love all strength sports. Weightlifting is one of my favs, but I also love the raw brutality of power-lifting, or is it Powerlifting. Heheh. Anyway, I think these photos from a recent competition look tremendous. These pics make you want to either grab a barbell and go to town, or run in the opposite direction when you see one!

    Over the years I have watched many weight lifting shows on TV and I always walk away impressed with how those guys do dead lifts, power-lifts..etc…etc….amazing athletes in a competitive world.
    They always display such awesome strength and stamina, which I love!
    All types of fitness, swimming, tennis, yoga, aerobic exercise, in particular, builds endurance which in turn will help guard against heart disease and stress-related illnesses. There are so many wonderful benefits, being physically active improves psychological health, and enhances ones self-esteem. Staying fit is a long term commitment.
    Keep up the good work here and I will be back to see what else you have added to your fitness site.
