Clawing My Way Back Into The Abyss

I stood in the middle of the gym. All around me were thickly muscled lifters, power racks and benches. The gym was buzzing with activity.

As I recall, the benches and racks stood out like a sore thumb. This was some of the strongest looking equipment I had ever seen. The frames of the benches and squat racks were white, and the tubing that comprised the frames that formed the pillars of the racks and benches was thick and stout. Not surprisingly, the athletes in the gym were equally thick and stout, heavily muscled from stem to stern. What stood out the most about these athletes was their hands.

Supplement Brands Differ In Quality and Performance

I have been in the iron game since I was 14 years old. Because I am challenged with Cystic Fibrosis it became extremely important that I supplement my body with a high calorie diet, complete with weight gain supplements, vitamins and minerals and so forth from the very beginning. The simple fact is that when you have a chronic illness and you are strength training at the same time, you end up burning the candles at both ends. Nutritional support becomes a crucial factor in determining progress in the gym.

Actor Robert Culp Discovers MSM Sulfur

As if my own experience using biological sulfur were not enough, I found this interesting little ditty at USA today:
Robert Culp finds relief for his Arthritus using MSM Sulfur

I cannot tell you how many people I have spoken to who have had a similar experience. MSM seems to be the real deal, so if aching, creaking bones are plaguing you then you might consider adding some MSM sulfur to your diet………

Effects of coenzymeQ10 on people with CPOD

Out of curiosity I decided to do some additional research on COQ10. I wanted to find out if there was a connection between COQ10 and cell energy. I was also looking for information on COQ10 and lung disease. I was curious if COQ10 could oxygenate cells and improve breathing.

I found lots of information that pointed to an apparently famous study done in Japan around 1992-93. One of the reasons I am so big on COQ10 is because of how I feel when I take it. Apparently, there is good scientific basis for my belief in this product. It is one of the reasons I so strongly recommend it to people.

Your Nutritional Needs - An Appeal To You From Total Physique Online

This is a fairly lengthy post, but it is very important to the function of this web site. So, I ask that you take a few minutes to read the entire post because this post is one of the more important posts I will be placing at TPO.

When Was The Last Time You Felt Great, I Mean Really Great?

Was there ever a time in your life when you felt like you had an endless supply of energy? Was there ever a time when every morning you felt as fresh as a daisy and you were ready to take on the world? Do you feel that way now?

Would you like to feel that way again? If you answered “yes”, then I am going to cut right to the chase and challenge you to read the rest of this entry, because I honestly believe I may have a solution to those early morning doldrums that most people start to experience as they grow older. And no, I am not talking about Viagra. I am not talking about gimmicks. I am talking about basic, sound nutrition in the form of four products that I swear by.

Quicklock Dumbbells From Ironmaster Revisited.

Total Physique Online proudly recommends the following strength training equipment and tools for your consideration.

What makes me qualified to evaluate strength training tools for you? Well, 30 years of strength training experience in some of the most hardcore and best equipped, and worst equipped gyms in America, for one thing. And how about the fact that for 15 of those years I was trained by some of the most respected people in the strength training industry. I could drop names, but I won’t. The bottom line is this: If I recommend something to you, you can rest assured that you can trust the product.

WWE, Steroids, Mel Gibson, Benoit and Booze

Benoit

Chris Benoit murdered his wife and child, then killed himself in what might very well have been a rage-filled outburst that was the result of brain damage.

As web master of this site I have spent a lot of time honing my skills as a creative writer and just about as much time honing my skills as a copy and paste artist. That this sight contains the writings of others (with their permission, of course) is a fact I am rather proud of, because in the end this site is somewhat of a collaborative effort for which I cannot take full credit. And while I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to use the writings of others to improve the quality of this site, I am proudest of the things I have written because they come from the heart. This post in particular will be one of my most passionate entries in this blog. I hope you can glean something from it.

Computer Repair Down Time

Hi folks.

My Apple Laptop has been having some trouble with its data transfer, Superdrive and a few other areas.

Since my Apple Care Plan is still in force I decided it would be best to send it off to Apple. It’s all under warranty, which is a good thing. Moreover, since I just got my first backup drive I can now safely ship my system off without any worries should something unforeseen happen.

What this means is that beginning Tuesday Sept 4, Total Physique and Blues Travels will not be seeing any new posts for about a week to ten days, unless I can gain access to a public library computer room or something similar. However, since this all coincides with an impending move, it is highly unlikely that I will have much time for anything like that.

Just bare with us and be patient. I will be back before you know it. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of the site.

Thanks

Tim
