Power Lifting Photos

Posted by webmaster On December - 28 - 2008

I love all strength sports. Weightlifting is one of my favs, but I also love the raw brutality of power-lifting, or is it Powerlifting. Heheh. New Workout Posts Coming

Posted by webmaster On December - 13 - 2008 Tags:

I have been in the midst of a very long battle that started back in June, which included the release from my 6th, and hopefully last, hospital stay. Whew.

It has been a long, uphill battle and the journey is far from over friends, but I am glad to be able to sit here today and tell you that I am going to live to fight another day :)

Workouts to come very soon. I have a lot to tell you and boy oh boy am I excited. Stay tuned!
